Only the system administrator should have access to the Preferences in Channergy.

Important Note: Make sure everyone is out of the system and only on PC is being used when editing Preferences as the last station to exit will overwrite any changes made by other users.

To open Preferences click Tools -> Preferences on the text menu:

When you are logged in with system administrator privileges or if you do not have security set up, click the Next button on this topic.
